Basically, the Firm provides 2 (two) kinds of legal services, LITIGATION and NON LITIGATION.
LITIGATION is a kind of legal services in a accompanying or representing a client before the judicial of law, starting from the investigation at the police office, public prosecutor office, up to the hearing Court process in all judicial levels (District Court, High Court, and Supreme Court).
Meanwhile NON LITIGATION is a kind of legal services provided to any of clients in the form of, among other things are : Counseling, Correspondence, Legal Drafting, Legal Opinion, and as a proxy or representative of the clients in order to settle the disputes out of the court. The following is a further description of our services :
- Counseling
The firm provides legal counseling as a part of the services to any of clients. Counseling can be performed through tele-conversation, client’s presence in our office, or one of our staffs who would come to the client’s office. It depends on the need, request, and mutual consent. If necessary, we commit to provide counseling out of office hours to anticipate in case the clients really need counseling, however in fact the client itself as well as our staff(s) are being hindered to make it during office hours.
- Correspondence
The firm also may assist any clients with civil cases in preparing and executing summons (sommatie) or warning letters to any of third parties.
- Legal Drafting
The Firm provides legal services in preparing and drafting any of agreements (for a minimum 1 [one] agreement). The Firm also would review and deliver legal opinion on an agreement drafted accordingly.
- Legal Opinion
The Firm will provide legal opinion to the case being handled and in accordance with the legal interest for the clients.
- Resolution of Disputes out of the Court (A. D. R.)
The Firm will professionally provide legal services and represent any of clients who desire to settle their case in the form of resolution of dispute out of the court, whether by negotiation as well as mediation.
